another small bugfix around the manager pathing.
previously you could "switch" spots with the manager without being caught, in certain circumstances, and now that is impossible.
after this, do people want to see a "map pack" (either standalone or simply adding to the existing 10 levels on this page) or a "true sequel" (totally new features, new enemies, etc.)? lemme hear it.
